Lead Changes Therapy Services offers Recreation Therapy services for all ages in the home, school, and community, specializing in Aquatic Therapy and Community Inclusion (assisting individuals with special needs towards independence in their pursuits within the community). Our goal is to first provide a thorough assessment of an individual's needs, then formulate treatment based goals with the client’s input. This is followed by regular, consistent sessions with an incremental transfer of skills to client/caregiver(s) and finally a discharge from services once the individual has reached a safe level of independence and is able to participate in chosen activities. Our goal is to improve a person's quality of life: physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially. In addition we also offer Consulting services, Rehabilitative Fitness Plans that assist those recovering from a specific ailment to pursue fitness, and Teambuilding Workshops for all levels from corporate to families. A portfolio is available demonstrating the diverse experience levels of our therapist.
